At Flying Tiger Copenhagen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your quirky finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that certain items like food, hygiene products, and gift cards are excluded from our standard return policy.

Return Process

  Prepare your package

  Place the items you wish to return back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

• 2.
  Include proof of purchase

  Insert your original receipt or the packing slip provided with your online order inside the box to help us identify your transaction quickly.

• 3.
  Ship or drop off

  Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or return it directly to any of our physical stores.

• 4.
  Receive your refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
